Celebrating Success: Dr Rebecca Casey
Congratulations to Rebecca Casey on the recent approval of her Arrow Project with Blu Sky.
A summary of the project is below:
A principle strategic driver of activity at Blu Sky is the changing role of the advisor, recognising both the benefit and threat from increasing automation of the accountancy profession. Embracing this change, a principle goal of Blu Sky is to enable the digitising of SMEs. A central aspect of this transformation work is a holistic ‘Business Builder’ programme offered to Blu Sky’s clients. Delivered one to one across six workshops, the programme addresses, amongst other topics, people development, goal setting, accountability, succession planning and personality profiling.
This Arrow project seeks to achieve the following:
- Explore appropriate pedagogy to underpin the ‘Business Builder’ programme;
- Identify specific areas for development including rich media content and relevant academic theory;
- Explore how BluSky can continue to generate value beyond the 6-month workshop model of the ‘Business Builder’ programme.
