Celebrating Success!
There has been a significant number of submissions for Celebrating Success this week, here is round up of the congratulations for the week:
- Dr Rekha Nicholson and Dr Natalia Yakovleva received Faculty Impact Funding for their impact project: South-South collaboration for sustainable development.
- Thanks to Fiona Whitehurst for her assistance in securing this faculty funding.
- Dr Haytham Siala’s paper on “Cultural Influences Moderating Learners’ Adoption of Serious 3D Games for Managerial Learning” has been accepted for publication at Information Technology & People journal.
- Dr Natalia Yakovleva has co-edited the book ‘Sustainable Development Goals and Sustainable Supply Chains in the Post-global Economy’ and it is now available online.
- The book on “ Sustainable Development Goals and Sustainable Supply Chains in the Post-global Economy” (Springer, 2019 available online) presents a collection of studies on current best practices for delivering sustainable development policies within supply chains. It critiques the limitations of existing business theory and practice on sustainable supply chain management, and discusses opportunities for new conceptual models for businesses to engage with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). It examines how businesses can work towards implementing Sustainable Development Goals in the contexts of entrepreneurial initiative, industry collaboration and regional development. -Yakovleva, N, Frei, R and Rama Murthy, S.
