Shaowei He is an Associate Professor and Director of the China and Emerging Economies Centre at the University of Northampton, UK. He is also Visiting Professor at Guangdong University of Finance and Economics and was recently appointed by Hunan Provincial Government as Special Representative for International Exchange. Dr. He’s current research focus is on the internationalisation of Chinese MNEs and its impact on clusters and businesses in both China and overseas. He has received research grants from Leverhulme/British Academy and British Council. His work has appeared in Journal of World Business, Human Resource Management Review, Canadian Journal of Administrative Sciences and Strategic Change, among others. He has industrial experience in the high performance engineering sector and is currently advising Silverstone Circuits Ltd. and Moles Solutions.
