About the conference

The world is witnessing businesses increasingly turn to various digital technologies to connect, engage, and maintain their relationships with customers. The acceleration of technology development has brought about numerous challenges for consumers and businesses alike. Businesses are adopting artificial intelligence (AI), service robots, augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR), and the Metaverse to improve their operations, enhance customer experiences, and increase efficiency. However, the adoption of these technologies also presents challenges such as privacy concerns, data security, and ethical issues. Particularly, ChatGPT and other AI applications are likely to disrupt many industries and professions.

To address these market changes and challenges, the 2nd Northeast Digital Marketing Conference provides a platform for researchers in marketing, innovation, digital technology, tourism, and other relevant fields to present and discuss contemporary research agendas and the knowledge required to deal with the latest challenges.

Join us at the 2nd Northeast Digital Marketing Conference to engage in insightful discussions, learn about the latest research, and network with fellow researchers and academics. We invite researchers and academics to submit their abstracts of no more than 250 words to the contacts provided if they wish to present at the conference.
