2nd Northeast Digital Marketing Conference Technological development, innovation and digital transformation in contemporary marketing
12 May 2023
Call for Conference Paper Submission:
The world is witnessing businesses increasingly turn to various digital technologies to connect, engage, and maintain their relationships with customers. The acceleration of technology development has brought about numerous challenges for consumers and businesses alike. Businesses are adopting artificial intelligence (AI), service robots, augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR), and the Metaverse to improve their operations, enhance customer experiences, and increase efficiency. However, the adoption of these technologies also presents challenges such as privacy concerns, data security, and ethical issues. Particularly, ChatGPT and other AI applications are likely to disrupt many industries and professions.
To address market changes and challenges, we have scheduled the 2nd Northeast Digital Marketing Conference, which is a one-day in-person conference. The conference aims to provide a platform for researchers in marketing, innovation, digital technology, tourism, and other relevant fields to present and discuss contemporary research agendas and the knowledge required to deal with the latest challenges. The conference intends to continue last year’s discussions and explore the latest trends and innovations in technology adoption and digital transformation.
