As part of the University Research Strategy’s commitment to fostering a positive research culture, we are delighted to announce an Interdisciplinary Collaboration Workshop: Empowering Researchers for Effective Collaboration. In today’s dynamic funding landscape, interdisciplinary collaboration is essential for success, and our workshop is designed to equip you with the essential tools and strategies for thriving in collaborative, interdisciplinary research endeavours.

We invite you to express your interest in attending our Interdisciplinary Collaboration Workshop.

Programme Objectives:

  •        Explore and understand the importance and benefits of interdisciplinary collaboration in research.
  •        Discover methods for integrating diverse perspectives and methodologies into interdisciplinary research projects.
  •        Gain clarity on your value within interdisciplinary collaborations.
  •        Build confidence in approaching collaborative conversations with researchers from different disciplines.
  •        Empower researchers to navigate complex interdisciplinary environments.
  •        Develop new network connections to foster potential future interdisciplinary ideas and collaboration opportunities.

The workshop has been co-designed by Skillfluence, Organisational Development and the NUAcT Team.

Applications that have demonstrated a commitment to learning, collegiality, and clear benefit of the programme will be entered into the lottery. Places will be distributed fairly across the University, with selection mindful of creating a collaborative space that brings together various backgrounds and experiences.
