Congratulations to Dr Lucy Hatt  and her co authors, Davidson, J. and Carrion-Weiss, J. whose Insight “Can design thinking in executive education build entrepreneurial leaders faster? has been published by Entrepreneurship Policy and Practice Insights – ISBE.

Leaders are expected to navigate innovation, sustainability and rapid change — yet many organisations still reward linear plans and polished “final answers”. In our new Entrepreneurship Policy and Practice Insight, we share evidence from Newcastle University Business School showing how design thinking, taught as a pedagogical practice (not just a toolkit), can shift experienced managers’ mindsets and behaviours.
