Creativity with a Purpose: Developing your Research Direction

A new three‑workshop programme designed to support Research Associates in moving from interesting ideas to a clear, confident and compelling research direction. Participants will gain practical tools to refine their ideas, articulate their research vision, and develop a narrative they can reuse for applications, interviews and fellowship proposals.

The NU Mentoring Scheme is now open to all staff, including researchers at every career stage. The scheme supports colleagues who are looking to develop their career, strengthen their research trajectory, or connect with peers across the University.
