Workshop – Writing for The Conversation

The Press Office has arranged a workshop with one of the editors at The Conversation on how to pitch to, and write for, The Conversation. The training will take place online via Zoom on Thursday 19 March between 2.00-4.00pm.

This session is aimed mainly at researchers who haven’t written for The Conversation before and will cover:

– Introduction to The Conversation

– What makes a good article on The Conversation

– How to write about your research for a general, non-specialist, non-academic audience

– How to pitch article ideas to The Conversation.
