Celebrating Success: Dr Robin Pesch

Congratulations to Dr Robin Pesch who recently won two best paper awards for his research on digital transformation and workplace integration of refugees. Robin also had a paper titled: “Family firms, alliance governance, and mutual knowledge creation” (Ricarda B. Bouncken, Matthew Hughes, Martin Ratzmann, Beate Cesinger, Robin Pesch) accepted by the British Journal of Management.

Robin’s paper titled: ‘Managing Digital Transformation through Formalization‘ (Robin Pesch, Herbert Endres, Ricarda B. Bouncken) was awarded the Christer Karlsson Best Award der IPDMC 2020 (Innovation Product Development Conference).

His research on workplace integration of refugees was awarded the Best Paper Award (Second Place) of the Academy of International Business (US West Chapter Annual Conference 2020). The title of the paper: ‘The double-edged sword of workplace social support for refugees’ (Robin Pesch, Ebru Ipek, Ricarda B. Bouncken).
