Pfizer GMG Independent Medical Education Grants Call on Outpatient Management of COVID-19
The aim of the Pfizer ‘Outpatient Management of COVID-19’ Request for Proposals (RFA) is to support innovative and engaging online educational initiatives that increase the awareness and understanding of healthcare professionals (HCPs) on the therapeutic management of COVID-19 in the community, in an outpatient setting (where patients are not admitted or discharged from hospital).
Projects that will be considered for Pfizer support will focus on therapeutic management of COVID-19 in the community, in an outpatient setting, in European countries.
Eligible applicants are medical, dental, nursing, allied health, and/or pharmacy professional schools, healthcare institutions (both large and small), professional associations and medical societies, medical education companies, and other entities with a mission related to healthcare professional education and/or healthcare improvement. For projects offering continuing education credit, the requesting organisation must be accredited.
If the project involves multiple departments within an institution and/or between different institutions/organisations/associations, all institutions must have a relevant role and the requesting organisation must have a key role in the project.
The geographic scope of this RFA is Europe.
The total available budget is $400,000. Individual projects requesting up to $100,000 will be considered. It is expected that approximately three to four projects will be supported.
Applications should be submitted by the deadline of 30 September 2021.
