AHRC Provides Opportunity to Work with Researchers in Luxembourg
The UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) and Luxembourg National Research Fund (FNR), have signed a statement of intent to encourage and support proposals that involve international collaborative teams.
Proposals approved for funding will be jointly supported by the UK Arts and Humanities Research Council (AHRC), and FNR.
Applicants can submit a collaborative research proposal in any area of the arts and humanities within the remit of both AHRC and FNR.
Eligible applicants must:
- Be based at a UK research organisation eligible for AHRC funding
- Partner with a team in Luxembourg approved by the FNR
- Have a doctorate or equal experience.
Luxembourg partners must be based at an eligible institution in Luxembourg.
The full economic cost of the UK part of the project can be between £50,000 and £1 million. AHRC will fund 80% of the full economic cost.
Luxembourg-based researchers can apply for funding for the full economic cost of their project.
There is no application deadline and applicants can submit proposals at any time.
AHRC will accept proposals on an ongoing basis until the UKRI FNR agreement expires on 4 June 2022.
