British Academy visit to Newcastle: 5 June 2023
British Academy visit to Newcastle
5 June 2023
Devonshire Building, Newcastle University
Event jointly hosted by the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences and the Humanities Research Institute
The British Academy Policy team is visiting Newcastle University on June 5th, and we are running a full day of meetings and sessions to enable us to hear about their programmes and strategies. There will be a focus on policy, as well as their future role as one of the major funders of Arts and Humanities and Social Sciences in the UK. We also want the British Academy to hear about our University aspirations and activities, and to see us as a key ‘go-to’ institution in the north of England.
We have a small number of spaces available for interested researchers to join us, in person, at the event. Please register you attendance but completing the registration form: https://forms.office.com/e/3E1WnTZXLx
There is also the opportunity to join the presentation by British Academy via zoom. If you would like to do this please let us know on the registration form: https://forms.office.com/e/3E1WnTZXLx
