Celebrating Success: Sue Abbott

Dr Sue Abbott was recently asked by the Newcastle University feminist society to speak about the highly topical area of the gender pay gap. This was a very well attended event and generated much discussion and debate.

Sue is also a member of the management board for ‘Show Racism the Red Card’ (SRTRC) charity and has recently been involved in setting up several free anti-racism staff training workshops. This has involved liaising with the University People Services Department.
