Gender research at Newcastle

The Institute for Social Science and Peter Hopkins, Dean of Social Justice invite you to a joint research and networking event focusing on gender. We want to think about: What does gender mean at Newcastle? What do we want it to mean? What type of action should we pursue? We will be presenting a variety of examples of ongoing gender research from researchers at different stages in their careers as well as exploring how we can work together. We will explore questions such as: Is everything is about gender (even when presented as if it is not)? How are our university practices and structures gendered?
