Robin also had a paper titled: &#8220;Family firms, alliance governance, and mutual knowledge creation&#8221; (Ricarda B. Bouncken, Matthew Hughes, Martin Ratzmann, Beate Cesinger, Robin Pesch)\u00a0accepted by the British Journal of Management.<\/p>\n<p>Robin&#8217;s paper titled: &#8216;Managing Digital Transformation through Formalization\u2018 (Robin Pesch, Herbert Endres, Ricarda B. Bouncken) was awarded the\u00a0<strong>Christer Karlsson Best Award der IPDMC 2020 <\/strong>(Innovation Product Development Conference).<\/p>\n<p>His research on workplace integration of refugees was awarded the\u00a0<strong>Best Paper Award (Second Place)\u00a0of the Academy of International Business<\/strong>\u00a0(US West Chapter Annual Conference 2020). The title of the paper: &#8216;The double-edged sword of workplace social support for refugees&#8217;\u00a0(Robin Pesch, Ebru Ipek, Ricarda B.
