If Marketing is supporting with merchandise, we need adequate lead time to be able to fulfil the request.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Small ad hoc requests<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Small requests for common items such as notepads and pens can typically be covered by the Engagement, Recruitment and Marketing (ERM) Team.<\/p>\n<p>Please send small merchandise requests to <a href=\"mailto:Debbie.Dixon@newcastle.ac.uk\">Debbie.Dixon@newcastle.ac.uk<\/a> and\/or <a href=\"mailto:Ingrid.FairfaxMcMaster@newcastle.ac.uk\">Ingrid.FairfaxMcMaster@newcastle.ac.uk<\/a>. They will advise what is available and collate merchandise for collection.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Academic or teaching requests<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Requests for merchandise for programmes or whole cohorts should be led by DPDs and aligned to their relevant budgets.<\/p>\n<p><u>Please note<\/u>, the Marketing Team can support with:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A list of approved suppliers to request quotes from<\/li>\n<li>Providing brand assets (eg logos)<\/li>\n<li>Guidance on look and feel and considerations (eg using sustainable materials)<\/li>\n<li>Signing off \/ approving merchandise before print<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For support with any of the above points, please email <a href=\"mailto:nubsmarketing@newcastle.ac.uk\">nubsmarketing@newcastle.ac.uk<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>3. External engagement merchandise (eg gifts for those supporting events, doing student lectures, academic events with an external audience etc)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>These can be provided by the ERM team.
