Networks will be collaborative, embed lived experience and include capacity building.<\/p>\n<p>ESRC will fund activities that explore inequalities, prevention and early diagnosis, and experiences at work.<\/p>\n<p>Networks will improve the lives of those affected by dementia by:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Generating insights and building new capability<\/li>\n<li>Enabling a coherent and connected landscape across disciplines, stakeholders and sectors<\/li>\n<li>Informing policy, practice and understanding.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The FEC of the Network can be up to \u00a31.75 million. ESRC will fund 80% of the FEC<em>.\u00a0<\/em><em>ESRC have a total fund of \u00a35.25 million for this call.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Applicants must be based at a UK research organisation eligible for ESRC funding.<\/p>\n<p>The network should start on 1 April 2024 and be between 48 and 60 months.<\/p>\n<p><strong>More information will be available when the full call is published.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>This is a pre-announcement and the information may change.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC) will soon be opening a funding call to develop a network Plus on dementia.
