This is its 2<sup>nd<\/sup>\u00a0annual conference. While paradox scholars mainly go AOM and EGOS&#8217; subtheme on paradox currently, the PREP organizing team, of which I am a part, aspires to make it\u00a0 into a stand alone, or home, conference for the international community of organizational paradox scholars.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Currently, PREP conference is online and free of charge for anyone from anywhere.
