He has previously worked at the universities of Warwick (1994-2000), St Andrews (2000-2009), and Innsbruck (2009-2013). He has diverse research interests and has published articles in\u00a0<em>Organization Studies<\/em>,\u00a0<em>Human Relations<\/em>,\u00a0<em>Organization<\/em>, the\u00a0<em>Journal of the Operational Research Society<\/em>\u00a0and the\u00a0<em>Journal of Business Ethics<\/em>. He has written a monograph on &#8220;Information Warfare in Business: Strategies of Control and Resistance&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Abstract<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p><span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">This seminar offers an overview of my research and work on whistleblower support. It attempts to map out different forms of engagement and the limitations of existing policy and institutional reform. It highlights the importance of human rights activism in a context of systemic corruption and intensified retaliation against whistleblowers and their supporters.
