1. NEW:\u00a0Upcoming Deadline for Surveys on European University Association\u2019s (EUA) New Strategic Plan\u00a0<\/b>https:\/\/www.eua.eu\/publications\/positions\/europe-s-universities-shaping-the-future.html<\/a><\/p>\n

There is still time to contribute to development of the next EUA Strategic Plan. The next plan will build upon the foundation of the 2020 Strategic Plan,\u00a0Europe’s Universities Shaping the Future<\/i><\/a>, and its core mission and values. The goal is to provide a clear direction for the ongoing work and development of activities that will be most beneficial to the association’s members and the wider European higher education sector. As part of a comprehensive consultation process, the EUA has launched\u00a0two separate surveys<\/a>\u00a0to gather insights on its future evolution and priorities. These surveys are designed to ensure the new plan effectively advances the association’s work. The first survey is for current EUA full and associate members, as well as EUA affiliate networks and organisations. The second survey is open to non-member higher education institutions, civil society organisations, national or EU agencies, and other stakeholders from the media or research sectors who are active in European or global higher education. The deadline for submissions is 1 September 2025.<\/p>\n

The European Commission is offering\u00a0current and past Marie Sk\u0142odowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) fellows\u00a0the opportunity to attend the\u00a075th Lindau Nobel Laureate meeting\u00a0on Interdisciplinary fields<\/a>. The meeting will be held in Lindau, Germany. About 600 young scientists from all over the world will get the chance to\u00a0spend an inspiring week with Nobel Laureates to exchange experiences and establish valuable contacts. Please note that neither the MSCA nor the Lindau Nobel Laureate Committee is offering financial support to travel or fees for the event, only the opportunity to attend.
