It uses a creative mix of learning formats to help you develop the self-awareness, skills, and confidence to lead with purpose and collaborate effectively.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Through a series of interactive workshops, you\u2019ll explore key aspects of research leadership, all underpinned by our institutional Research Culture priorities.
