The Press Office has arranged a workshop with one of the editors at\u00a0The\u00a0Conversation<\/a><\/u>\u00a0on how to pitch to, and write for, The Conversation. The training will take place online via Zoom on\u00a0Thursday 19 March between 2.00-4.00pm<\/b>.<\/p>\n

This session is aimed mainly at researchers who haven\u2019t written for The\u00a0Conversation\u00a0before and will cover:<\/p>\n

– Introduction to The\u00a0Conversation<\/p>\n

– What makes a good article on The\u00a0Conversation<\/p>\n

– How to write\u00a0about your research for a general, non-specialist, non-academic audience<\/p>\n

– How to pitch article\u00a0ideas to The\u00a0Conversation.<\/p>\n

Places are limited and must be booked in advance by emailing\u00a0dawn.tudge@ncl.ac.uk<\/a><\/u><\/p>\n
