Getting those Grants: How to Prepare Yourself for Funding and Write Your Proposal<\/u><\/b><\/div>\n

Are you an independent researcher who is working towards submitting a research funding application in the coming months? \u00a0The Research Funding Development team is taking bookings for a series of training courses to help you prepare. They cover:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Session 1: Preparing yourself for research funding: \u00a0Session 1<\/a><\/u><\/p>\n

\u2022 Session 2: Developing a fundable research idea:\u00a0\u00a0Session 2<\/a><\/u><\/p>\n

\u2022 Session 3: How to write a successful research funding proposal:\u00a0Session 3<\/a><\/u><\/p>\n

All sessions will be held in-person on campus. More details about the courses and how to book are provided on the Learning Management System links above.<\/p>\n

Getting those Grants:\u00a0 Early Career Research Fellowships, the Foundations<\/u><\/b><\/div>\n
Are you an early career academic or research associate looking to learn more about fellowships?\u00a0\u00a0This session will explain what an early-career fellowship is and to help you prepare for fellowship success.<\/h5>\n

Getting those Grants: ESRC New Investigator Grant and AHRC Catalyst Programme<\/u><\/b><\/p>\n

This interactive in person workshop provides an opportunity for researchers who are considering writing an application to one of these calls to develop their understanding of the schemes as well as help prepare a proposal.\u00a0 At the end of the workshop participants will be able to decide if the scheme is right for them as well as understand the structure and content needed for the proposal.<\/div>\n
