{"id":18329,"date":"2026-07-14T10:29:54","date_gmt":"2026-07-14T09:29:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/microsites.ncl.ac.uk\/nubsstaffblog\/?p=18329"},"modified":"2026-07-14T10:29:54","modified_gmt":"2026-07-14T09:29:54","slug":"state-of-the-nations-launch-event-22-july-event-trade-restrictions-and-uk-creative-services","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/microsites.ncl.ac.uk\/nubsstaffblog\/2026\/07\/14\/state-of-the-nations-launch-event-22-july-event-trade-restrictions-and-uk-creative-services\/","title":{"rendered":"State of the Nations Launch Event 22 July Event: Trade Restrictions and UK Creative Services"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><b><span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">22 July, 11:00-12:00, online<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Join us for the launch of our latest State of the Nations report, which analyses services\u00a0trade\u00a0exports by UK creative exporters and the\u00a0restrictions\u00a0that these exporters face internationally when exporting to destination countries.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><a href=\"https:\/\/events.teams.microsoft.com\/event\/88a22c51-35cc-46a8-93a9-52a4a5ca4d06@9c5012c9-b616-44c2-a917-66814fbe3e87\">Trade Restrictions and UK Creative Services<\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Increasing exports is one of the central aims of the Creative Industries Sector Plan, part of the UK\u2019s Modern Industrial Strategy, and in order to achieve this aim, the Sector Plan seeks to strengthen the UK\u2019s trading relationships with its current major trading partners (primary markets) as well as to build and grow relationships with fast growing economies (future-growth markets).
