(2019, in print)\u00a0\u201c<em>Using Values, Beliefs, and Norms to Predict Conserving Behaviors in Organizations\u201d<\/em>, European Management Review.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>ABSTRACT<\/p>\n<p>Studying environmental behaviors in organizations is important because of the recent concerning trends of climate change, the large contribution of organizations to environmental problems, and the keen interest in this topic by academics and practitioners.\u00a0 The Values-Beliefs-Norms (VBN) framework has been utilized to examine environmental behavior, but it has not been always applied in its entirety and has received very limited attention within an organizational setting.\u00a0 This paper examines the full model within a workplace context and extends it by investigating the effects of VBN variables on four conserving behaviors.
