Are the holidays all about studying?

Like many schools and colleges, at uni the Christmas holidays are cursed with the exam period that follows, but the holidays aren’t all about studying.

As a reward for hard work or just a quick mental refresh, a break from studying is often welcomed.

Take the opportunity to recharge your batteries, eat well, see friends and family, and enjoy your time off.

It’s all well and good letting work take the back seat for a while, but it’s best if it doesn’t slip your mind completely. Planning ahead and being prepared for your exams will take a whole lot of pressure off when you’re back from the holidays, avoiding stress and panic in the run up to your exams.

So it’s all about the balance of work and play. Appreciate your time off, but leaving all your assignments and revision until the last minute won’t make the return to study a pleasant one!
