True crime fans will be pleased to hear that successful Netflix documentary, The Staircase’s defense attorney David Rudolf will be in town to shed some luminol on his struggles with the case, as well as answering all your burning questions and getting to grips with the bizarre ‘Owl Theory’.

Following his spectacular Britain’s Got Talent 2018 win, Lee Ridley returns, razor-sharp wit in tow, to his hometown of Newcastle to headline Northern Stage’s Giving Voice charity comedy show. The event aims to raise awareness for speech and language therapy, as well as funds for increased accessibility in theatre and in educational provision for people with speech and language needs.
Fashionable foodies rejoice! As one of the city’s trendiest venues, Boiler Shop, welcomes finger-licking street food from some of the UK’s finest vendors to their quirky Grade II* listed setting.
