New flat, new course, new societies… there are so many opportunities to meet new friends. No need to worry about fitting in, with everyone in the same boat you’ll be surprised how friendly everyone is!

Studying something you have a genuine interest in is highly motivating. University definitely gives you a chance to shape your own future, and choose the path you want to go down.
A new city, new friends and with tonnes of societies, there will be loads of activities and events to get stuck into. Whether you love sport, going out, gigs, or something a bit more niche (Circus Skills society did you say?), universities offer you a range of opportunities, and the chance to try things you previously wouldn’t have been able to.
