European Research Council (ERC) Grants Information Session
You are invited to an European Research Council (ERC) Grants Information Session, Wednesday 27th April 1pm-2pm in the Henry Daysh Building (HDB.1.02).
The ERC provides funding to support excellent investigators and their teams to pursue ground-breaking, high risk/high gain research in all areas of research, with no pre-determined priorities. It supports individual investigators at all stages of their career through the Starting, Consolidator and Advanced Grant schemes and small groups of investigators through the Synergy Grant scheme.
This session will:
- Summarise the main features of each scheme;
- Provide guidance for best practice;
- Showcase the experience of an existing ERC grant holder at Newcastle University.
