Celebrating success: Professor Stuart Barnes

Congratulations to Professor Stuart Barnes, who won best paper award at the 56th Hawaii International Conference on Systems Sciences (HICSS-56) in the Decision Analytics and Services Sciences track (https://hicss.hawaii.edu/best-papers/). The winning paper is entitled “Towards More Convenient Services: A Novel Text Analytics Approach to Understanding Service Inconveniences in Digital Platforms” and co-authored with Natalia Amat-Lefort from Leiden University, the Netherlands. HICSS has run since 1968 and is the most cited academic conference in business and management according to Research.com (https://research.com/conference-rankings/business-and-management) and Microsoft Academic. There were 1100 participants this year and 678 papers.
