PDRA in culture change evaluation – Theory of Change

At Newcastle University, we are passionate about building a positive research culture, and creating working environments where everyone’s ideas can thrive. Funded by a £1M Wellcome award, we will be starting a new 30-month project in 2024 that aims to build leadership capacity for creating psychologically safe and inclusive environments. The project will be delivered by a team of academic and professional services colleagues spanning People Services, Organisational Development, the Business School, and Research Strategy and Development. This is an exciting new research collaboration, and we are looking to recruit five team members to help us deliver our ambition – could one of them be you?

We are currently looking for a PDRA with expertise in evaluation methods (applying Theory of Change) to help us evaluate a leadership development programme and wider culture change. This really is an exciting opportunity to join a university-wide project where you will see and learn more about how a University works, and help shape future leadership practice and working culture. There is plenty of scope for personal and professional development, and for sharing the learning from this project both inside the institution and across the sector. So, if this sounds like you, do check out the ad below-deadline 31stJanuary, contact amy.stabler@ncl.ac.uk.
