Race Equality Charter (REC) Colleague Survey

Introduction: The REC  Colleague Survey is an important part of the University’s application for the Race Equality Charter, which is due in July 2022. It gives colleagues across the organisation the opportunity to tell us what they think works for this agenda, or could be better. We will also have to showcase this survey data as part of the application and analysis itself.   The survey is now live and we want to encourage as many colleagues as possible to participate.  HaSS had a very high response rate for the student survey and we are pleading with colleagues to participate in this one too.

Who can complete the survey?
This survey and for all HaSS colleagues from all backgrounds and not just for those from minoritized backgrounds.
