The event will bring together a range of third-sector organisations, academics, and researchers to discuss and exchange ideas on enhancing women’s employment and career opportunities in different sectors across the UK. The workshop programme will start with the presentation of key findings from Dr Nosheen Khan’s (Newcastle University) research on typologies of third-sector organisations enhancing women’s career outcomes. Following this, we have two exceptional keynote speakers, Elizabeth Donnelly (CEO, Women Engineering Society) and Temitayo Lawal (Senior Program Manager, Women’s Higher Education Network), who will share their insights and experiences of organisational initiatives promoting women employees in sectors such as STEM and Education.

There will also be ample opportunities for networking, meeting new people, and learning more about what other organisations are doing to promote women in employment. Refreshments and lunch will be provided.
